Kim Choate

Kim joined our team in 2022, bringing with her 23 years of excellent customer service experience. Kim worked for Edward Jones Investments in Rusk, Texas for ten years and was instrumental in helping the Branch rise into the Top 25% firm-wide for Client Service Excellence for four years. She was the recipient of the prestigious Spirit of Caring Award. Kim also earned an invitation to attend the Branch Office Administrators’ Managing Partner Conference in 2021, which is extended to only a select few of the Branch Office Administrators from the top 2% Branches in the Firm.

Kim is originally from Garrison and is very excited to be back living and working in the area. She and her husband, Jay, who is from Nacogdoches, have six children and five grandchildren. When they are not working or attending grandkids’ activities, they enjoy sharing time with family and friends, traveling, spending weekends at Crystal Beach, taking long rides through the countryside on their golf cart, and cheering for the Houston Astros. She has been promoted to Senior Account Administrator with our firm, and we are fortunate to have her on our team.
